FAQS
What is a virtual ceremony?
A virtual ceremony has many of the same components as a live ceremony. In exchange for walking across the stage to accept your diploma, we create a slide with your photo, degree, honor societies and any personalized messages you provide. Please view this short video to see what the experience is like.
When will I receive information on the rescheduled in-person ceremony?
We are working with our vendors and monitoring the unfolding public health situation to determine a new date. Once we have confirmed the date, we will send out an email to eligible graduates for that ceremony.
What is the link to the CSU-Global school store?
https://store.csuglobal.edu
What order will names be read?
We will start with undergraduates and they will be read alphabetized by program. The slides will have a legend on the side so you can see what the upcoming programs are.
When will I receive my diploma?
Diplomas are not distributed at the commencement ceremony. All program requirements and financial standing are confirmed by the Registrar’s Office, and diplomas are mailed approximately eight weeks after completion of the final class and the end of the term of their graduation program. For questions regarding diplomas, please email the Registrar’s Office at Registrar@CSUGlobal.edu. The dimensions of the diploma are 8.5"x11".
If you have any additional questions regarding the commencement ceremony, please contact your Student Success Counselor.
