Students graduating in their first fiscal year are included in the graduation rates for Year 2. Graduation rates are cumulative and based on an entire fiscal year. Retention is based upon whether or not the student attempted credit at any time in the subsequent fiscal years from their Start Fall term. For Years 2-6, if a student was retained but not graduated, they are counted as retained. If a student was both retained and graduated then the student is only counted as graduated. "Start Fall term" is determined by earliest course, rather than date started or expected start date, and aligns to SURDS/IPEDS. Full-Time and Part-Time Statuses are determined as outlined by federal methodology and are based upon credits attempted within the student's first term. Once determined, full-time and part-time status is not updated. Note that for graduate students, full time is considered nine or more credits.
